Located close to the main ski lift so ideal for weekend ski-ing. Staff pleasant and helpful. Room clean and tidy with view over to the ski slopes. Breakfast adequate, but not overly exciting. Spa centre available at extra cost

We decided to leave 1 day earlier due to our early flight next morning and safe driving from mountains but hotel told us that due to the fact that reservation is made through Booked.net they can not give money back for that last day what is absolutely unacceptable. We feel overpaid significantly because we had to order another hotel for that last night in Bergamo, so we paid twice.

This cozy hotel has an unbeatable location for ski enthusiasts. Situated just a stone's throw away from the ski lifts, it provides a perfect base to start your day. the rooms are comfortable and clean, and offer breathtaking views of the stunning surroundings. the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast offers the perfect start to the day.
Although the facilities in the hotel are adequate, the Wi-Fi can be a bit spotty at times.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the central location, close to the slopes, and convenient parking. The staff was friendly and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options.
Nothing to fault.

The hotel's location was really convenient, just a short walk away from the popular tourist spot and easily accessible. The food was also good, especially the variety of options that catered to different dietary needs. Finally, the view from the rooms was amazing, with stunning scenery.
The staff was really unfriendly and didn't seem to care about our stay at all. The room was in pretty bad shape and looked nothing like the pictures online. Additionally, we had several issues with cleanliness and maintenance and had to call the reception multiple times to sort things out. it was a sub-par experience for an Easter holiday.

Easter Stay
Great location in a beautiful area with good ski slopes. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The best aspect of the stay was the friendliness of the staff. They were always willing to help and made us feel welcome. The breakfast selection was basic but satisfactory.
The hotel is overpriced, outdated and needs a lot of maintenance. The bathroom was small and the shower was pathetic, we only had one towel each.
